Here are the benefits to help with detoxification, energy, and hydration.
Put as much fruit in water as you like and let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking

Do not keep longer than 48 hours - you can put more water using the same fruit, but discard after 48 hours.
Add : Also, try the flat belly drink. It's water infused with green tea caffeinated or not, 1 whole lemon sliced w/peel on, 1 whole cucumber sliced w/peel on, a piece of ginger about the length of your pinky finger w/o the peel, and 10 mint leaves. Adjust the portions to suite your pallet. More or less is up to you. Refrigerate over night and drink those fat cells away! Don't forget to exercise and eat in moderation, :~)
